Chief Engineer (Permanent) – Ferries – United Kingdom I am currently working with a highly reputable, privately owned, family-run ferry operator based in the United Kingdom! They are looking for an experienced Seagoing Chief Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis! For this role, you will be required to provide technical support both to the vessel and shoreside time. This will be by means of: – Daily operation of the Engineering Department. – Defect management. – Class compliance and surveys. – Management of planned maintenance of the vessel. Requirements: Chief Engineer >3000KW CoC or higher. STCW Basic Training + Designated Security Duties and Crowd Management. Valid ENG1. Residence and full right-to-work in the United Kingdom.
