How You’ll Make a Difference Support the successful delivery of complex technical infrastructure requirements in an agile environment. Work within agile feature teams to deliver technical infrastructure solutions, understand business and technical problems, shape requirements, support product backlog, contribute to technical solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical leads. Ensure solutions are resilient, efficient, and aligned with customer and business needs. Assist the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and understanding technical dependencies. What You\’ll Bring Analytical and Agile Skills: Experience in analytical support and agile deliverables like User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Requirements Traceability, and Process Flows. End-to-end delivery knowledge: Proven experience applying agile frameworks to complex technical projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, identify problems, shape requirements, influence solutions, and bridge business and technical teams. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and team contribution through knowledge sharing. Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving: Support initiatives and proactively solve problems. Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory policies.
