Job Title: Events Coordinator Salary: £25,000 pa Benefits: Annual bonus based on company performance (up to 15%) Contributory pension after 3 months probation 27 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Potential for fast-track promotion based on success Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible hours Location: Fully remote – this role may require occasional overnight stays across the UK to support events, with travel mainly to London for meetings. Events Coordinator Responsibilities Owning specific event streams from coordination and planning through to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement. Managing the events calendar on the bespoke Member platform, ensuring all sessions, discussions, and activities are scheduled and promoted accurately. Planning and executing the increasing in-person events programme. Providing event reports, collating feedback, capturing recordings, and other outputs as required. Engaging with other business areas to support communications, event promotion, programme design, membership opportunities, and invoicing. Providing strategic input into wider business initiatives. Participating in in-person events nationwide. Skills and Experience Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines. Confident engagement with stakeholders at all levels to build trusted relationships. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner. Enthusiastic self-starter, capable of working autonomously. Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken. Ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to business planning. Attention to detail. Strong administrative skills to manage a busy workload. Proficient in Microsoft 365 packages. Desirable Skills Experience managing in-person or online event schedules.
