You will create and develop store interior architecture solutions across all customer-facing areas, aligning with JL&P brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities Create and develop store plans and interior design solutions that are creative and brand-consistent. Ensure project timelines are met and designs are approved by relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders on project briefs, concepts, and detailed plans. Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing stakeholder communications and expectations. Engage in personal and professional development to enhance skills and contribute actively to your profession. Embrace and adapt to change proactively. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in store planning, interior design, or related fields. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and hand sketching. A passion for design with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages. Desirable Skills and Experience Understanding of retail customer behavior and engagement. Knowledge of Revit, 3DS Max, and V-ray. Degree in design or architecture.
