Company Overview Our client has experienced rapid growth in the past 12 months. Located in Southampton, some travel to their offices may be required. Job Responsibilities Track and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead. Prepare and manage production budgets and forecasts. Maintain accurate inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Generate cost reports and analyze variances against budgets. Support month-end and year-end closing processes with relevant production entries. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audits. Monitor capital expenditures and asset depreciation. Assist in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Utilize ERP systems for accurate financial and production data entry. Reconcile supplier invoices with POs and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams.
