Do you want to shape the future of green energy? Contract Management (reporting to the Head of Contract Management and supporting the Head of Construction & Project Managers) is, within the Construction Department, responsible for supporting the execution of the projects regarding the fulfillment of the contractual rights and obligations arising from all the contracts performed in the region.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and organizing contractual notices, project extension of time event, liquidated damages, ensuring a clear contract overview vs customers and within the project strategy and business constraints.
- Support the project manager on the claim preparation and negotiations.
- Create solutions in accordance with customers' specifications, contracts, laws, regulations, and needs, for the customer and Vestas.
- Follow-up internal approvals & compliance documentation.
- Reporting, analysis and evaluation of project outcomes/results to optimize cost and profitability of Vestasβ projects.
- Improve/provide contractual feedback to different stakeholders/management within a developing strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law is desirable, but other careers are also considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar position.
- Advanced level of English is required. French or Spanish would be desirable.
- Skills in business understanding and information/data analysis.
- Good organization and interpersonal skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to prioritize multiple projects.
- Good communication and negotiation capabilities.
