Senior Product Designer/HR Software/100% Remote

This national organizational consulting firm is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a team building out a critical SaaS platform. Essentially, this company works with firms of all sizes to optimize their operations, grow staff, and increase employee satisfaction. The product design team will focus on problem-solving design solutions, evolving design systems, communicating insightful ideas to stakeholders, and delivering polished designs to development while partnering with UX, Research, and Development. They are seeking a hands-on individual that not only has an eye for design, but also has an eye on the broader scope, even when they are focused on one aspect of the product.
