About the Role We are seeking a dynamic finance professional to support our UK business operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping regional financial strategy while ensuring robust financial controls and operational efficiency across borders. Responsibilities Partner with leadership to develop and implement regional financial strategies, policies, and process improvements. Own end-to-end revenue cycle management: income recognition, daily collections, payment approvals, and cash flow risk mitigation. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to monitor KPIs and advise on profit optimization. Bridge regional and shared service teams to standardize processes and enhance financial data integrity. Qualifications Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA/ACCA qualifications highly valued. Experience: 5+ years in finance roles (3+ for exceptional performers). Logistics or corporate finance background preferred. Required Skills Mastery of financial operations: analysis, cost control, settlements, tax, and risk management. Advanced proficiency in financial tools (ERP systems, Power BI, Excel modeling). Global Mindset: International exposure and business-level English fluency required. Preferred Skills Logistics or corporate finance background preferred.
