Als Group Controller (m/w/d) bei der WALTER GROUP übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der gruppenweiten Steuerung und trägst maßgeblich zur Wirksamkeit unserer Shared Services bei.
Deine Aufgaben
- Wirke beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines konsolidierten, aussagekräftigen Reportingsystems für die gesamte Unternehmensgruppe mit.
- Als Business Partner unterstützt du proaktiv und challengest konstruktiv andere Shared Service Bereiche wie z.B. IT, PCM, Marketing.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Business Unit Controllern und weiteren Schlüsselbereichen wie dem Konzernrechnungswesen zusammen.
- Standardisiere, digitalisiere und dokumentiere konzernweite Controlling-Prozesse und -Instrumente.
- Verantworte die Durchführung und Abstimmung interner Leistungsverrechnungen.
- Übernimm die Themenführerschaft in einem ausgewählten Fachbereich wie IT-Controlling oder HR-Controlling (Bindestrich-Controlling).
- Aktive Mitarbeit und/oder Verantwortung bei cross-funktionalen Projekten - etwa bei der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen.
- Stelle die Datenqualität sicher durch Pflege, Kontrolle und Koordination von Stamm- und Strukturdaten in Controlling-relevanten Systemen.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzmanagement.
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise mit Konzernbezug.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Aufgabenstellungen eigenständig anzugehen und dabei das Wesentliche im Auge zu behalten.
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
- IT-Affinität und Interesse an modernen Controlling-Tools (z.B. BI-Lösungen, Datenvisualisierung).
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projekt- und Prozesstools (z.B. Jira, Confluence, BPM-Software) ist von Vorteil.
- Begeisterung für kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung – sowohl auf persönlicher als auch auf organisatorischer Ebene.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min. C1).

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation liegt bei € 65.000,-- brutto pro Jahr. Das Jahresgehalt setzt sich zusammen aus 14 Monatsgehältern und einer garantierten Prämie.
