Finance Business Partner

The One Group are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a global organisation, who are leaders within their field, on a full time, permanent basis. Location: Outskirts of Peterborough (easily accessible from Peterborough or Stamford)Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pmThis role would see you reporting into the Head of Finance and mentoring a junior member of the team. You will provide financial support across multiple key parts of the business, across various regions and departments.Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate monthly P&L reports in line with month end and communicate key drivers of results, variances and risks to stakeholders
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Own and streamline global financial processes across key revenue streams
• Consolidate and communicate global financial results (Revenue, Profit & Cashflow) to senior leadership
• Support quarterly re-forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities with key stakeholders
• Manage and develop a junior team member

Requirements:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience in production of management & financial accounts
• Experience of managing/mentoring small teams
• Confident communicator with commercial awareness
