We’re on the lookout for a confident, numbers-loving Assistant Management Accountant to join our fun, friendly, and refreshingly non-corporate finance team! You’ll be hands-on with everything from month-end accounts to budgeting and reconciliations, working closely with teams across our creative group of agencies. The Role at a Glance:
- Location: Southampton Based / Hybrid Working
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

The Assistant Management Accountant role: This is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role where you’ll dive right in, support the heart of our Finance team, and help boost the commercial health and performance of the business. You’ll be teaming up with people across different agencies, so if you’re great at building relationships and love a good chat, you’ll fit right in!
A bit about you:
- Part or fully AAT qualified, with a few years’ experience of assistant management accounts production under your belt
- Previous experience in a similar role with fast and accurate data entry skills and a good knowledge of accounts
- Excel and finance systems (ideally Paprika) are your playground
- You love pivot tables and vlookups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to challenge and develop methods of best practice
- Up for any challenge and keen to prove your potential
