As a Floor Manager, you will support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. You will view your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers in your area, who may shop in-store, online, or through partnerships. Your role includes supporting the team in delivering excellent in-store and online service, providing leadership and support to stylist team members responding to customer inquiries via our online system.
The role requires organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience and that the store represents the AllSaints brand compellingly. Leading the stylist team will be a key aspect of your role, coaching and motivating team members to succeed, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional service that makes customers feel amazing.
What will I be doing?
- Spending most of your day on the busy shop floor, trading with stylist teams, and ensuring all processes run smoothly to provide the best customer experience.
- Leading and supporting stylist team members in handling first-line customer queries via email, chat, and calls related to products and orders through our online customer service system.
- Partnering with our customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
- Acting as an ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers, and your team.
- Working with pace to showcase our products effectively, following guidelines, and highlighting best-sellers to enhance the brand experience.
- Managing daily store operations and team deployment, developing business acumen, and ensuring smooth running with proper coaching and support for stylists.
- Collaborating with management to exceed store targets and KPIs.
- Handling people matters such as return-to-work interviews, investigations, performance, and attendance reviews.
- Creating and implementing floor plans and rotas to set the store up for success each day.
