Financial Planning Analyst

Our client is a dynamic and growing business undergoing an exciting period of transformation. As part of this journey, they are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to play a key role in elevating their financial planning and analysis function.

London (Latimer Road) | Circa £70k | Hybrid (2–3 Days in Office)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain a reporting suite that provides clear insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure data consistency across departments and help develop a unified reporting structure.
• Work with internal systems teams to automate recurring reports and streamline financial processes.
• Create analytical models to assess volume, pricing, and margin variances—driving better commercial understanding.
• Align local reporting cycles with wider group requirements and planning deadlines.
• Lead the preparation of consolidated quarterly reporting packages and in-depth financial analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified.
• Proven experience as a financial or FP&A analyst.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and creating clear, impactful reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with SAP and/or Power BI.
• Background in multi-site, product, or logistics-led businesses.
• Familiarity with financial forecasting and trend analysis.
• Exposure to investment analysis or wider business improvement initiatives.
