The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Our global IT client has an exciting opportunity within their Social Impact Team for a Skilling Advisor.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops and learning pathways tailored to diverse audiences.
- Develop and curate training content, workshops, and learning resources on: AI tools, Cloud services, data governance, analytics platform and AI/data capabilities as well as Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., NGOs, non-profits, or global organizations) to assess learning needs and deliver impactful skilling programs.
- Track learner engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve offerings.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate new capabilities into learning plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for digital transformation through skilling.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools particularly Microsoft 365 Co-pilot, Cloud services particularly Azure (especially Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platforms.
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
This is a PAYE role with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel (less than 5% of the time) required for on-site customer meetings.
