The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will sell Microsoft’s media and ad technology products and drive outcomes through various transaction types (Direct IO, Programmatic) and technology platforms. You will develop, lead, and execute MSA sales strategies to enable client growth of existing and new products by influencing Digital Buying Agencies and Advertisers, using insights and data to tailor content and messages that increase engagement and business results.
You will influence stakeholders across all levels (from c-suite to assistants) through relationship building, storytelling, emotional intelligence, confident communication, and active listening to identify clients’ needs. You will learn about the client’s business drivers, compelling events, and seasonality to identify opportunities that meet their needs.
You will lead sales planning, including strategies to achieve sales targets, increase existing budgets, and explore new opportunities across products, ensuring shared accountability within the team. You will maintain good working relationships during negotiations, persuading others and managing objections positively. You will lead pipeline reviews, identify top opportunities, address roadblocks, and engage the right resources to overcome client objections.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Media Sales, Account Management, or Operations within a managed and scaled book of business.
- Extensive knowledge of digital media advertising, including native, display, video, and programmatic advertising, with experience in Sales, Account Management, Operations, or Sales Excellence.
- A proven track record of building strong relationships, exceeding sales targets, high productivity, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience engaging with and activating senior to C-level executives to drive business growth in digital advertising.
