The Training Content Developer will play a pivotal role in building training content to support the business needs for designated process areas with requirements of both formal and informal learning in a regulated Pharma environment.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in content development / e-learning content and digital training advantageous
  • Previous experience in project environments in large organisations advantageous
  • Ability to understand/work with various online IT systems / applications including Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to use / learn standard e-learning tools such as Articulate Rise 360, SAP Enable Now, Camtasia
  • Strictly follow a template to allow development of content to be produced in a consistent and uniformed manner
  • Ability / experience to follow a project plan and be able to adhere to tight deadlines

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in large scale S4 Hana implementations
  • Pharma experience
  • Knowledge of S4 Hana
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
