The Training Content Developer will play a pivotal role in building training content to support the business needs for designated process areas with requirements of both formal and informal learning in a regulated Pharma environment.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in content development / e-learning content and digital training advantageous
- Previous experience in project environments in large organisations advantageous
- Ability to understand/work with various online IT systems / applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Able to use / learn standard e-learning tools such as Articulate Rise 360, SAP Enable Now, Camtasia
- Strictly follow a template to allow development of content to be produced in a consistent and uniformed manner
- Ability / experience to follow a project plan and be able to adhere to tight deadlines
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in large scale S4 Hana implementations
- Pharma experience
- Knowledge of S4 Hana
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
