An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer is sought by a large and highly respected regional law firm with an enviable list of clients that include FTSE companies, public and private sector organisations, charities and high net worth individuals. Our client has a first class reputation for developing and investing in home grown talent and boasts staff retention levels way above the norm. They believe that retention and creating an outstanding place to work delivers inherent benefits to their clients.
They now wish to add an experienced Solicitor to the Commercial Real Estate Group. You should possess good academics, together with a can do attitude. You will need to have at least 5 years PQE together with extensive experience in dealing with a broad range of Commercial Property including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing and refinancing, acting for Landlords granting leases, development and corporate support.
In return, the successful candidate will be joining a highly respected team that provides pragmatic and commercially led advice, focused on delivering exceptional quality of work. The team acts for a wide range of local, national and an increasing rate of international clients.
