Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

An experiencedCommercial Property Lawyer is sought by a large and highly respected regional law firm with an enviable list of clients that include FTSE companies, public and private sector organisations, charities and high net worth individuals.

They now wish to add an experience Solicitor to the Commercial Real Estate Group. You should possess good academics, together with a can do attitude. Will need to have at least 5 years PQE together with extensive experience in dealing with a broad range of Commercial Property including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing and refinancing, acting for Landlords granting leases, development and corporate support.

In return the successful candidate will be joining a highly respected team that provide pragmatic and commercially led advice, focused on delivering exceptional quality of work. The team act for a wide range of local, national and an increasing rate of international clients.
