Service Advisor – Main Dealership – Harlow Full-Time | Basic £30,000 | OTE £45,000 Harlow | Mon–Fri 08:00–17:30 | 1 in 4 Saturdays (half day)Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor with a passion for the motor industry? We are looking for an experienced and professional individual to join our main dealership team in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to £45,000 OTE, with a competitive £30,000 basic salary and a supportive, high-performing work environment. What You’ll Be DoingAs a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing and repairs. Your key duties will include:Booking in customer vehicles and managing workshop schedulesProviding exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the service processAdvising on additional work and service packagesPreparing accurate job cards and cost estimatesLiaising with technicians and parts departmentsEnsuring customer satisfaction and repeat business What We’re Looking ForExperience as a Service Advisor in a franchised or main dealershipStrong customer service and communication skillsGood understanding of vehicle servicing and repairsExcellent organisation and multitasking abilityKerridge/Keyloop or similar DMS experience (preferred)Full UK driving licence What We OfferBasic salary of £30,000On-target earnings of up to £45,000Monday to Friday working hours (08:00–17:30)1 in 4 Saturdays (half day)Ongoing training and developmentStaff discounts and career progression opportunitiesCompany pension and other benefits Apply now to become part of a reputable and professional dealership where your efforts are recognised and rewarded
