Role Summary: The Digital Events Executive will manage the end-to-end delivery of the organisation’s webinar programme. The ideal candidate is experienced in planning and executing virtual events, understands digital marketing principles, and is data-driven. This role contributes directly to demand generation efforts and internal enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the full webinar lifecycle, including topic ideation, scheduling, and delivery
  • Develop and manage digital campaigns to drive webinar registrations and engagement
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, speakers, and marketing assets (email, social, landing pages)
  • Track webinar performance metrics including lead flow, engagement, and conversion
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and provide actionable reporting
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to develop high-value content
  • Ensure webinar content aligns with brand positioning and thought leadership
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials and internal training content

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering webinars or virtual events in a B2B or service-driven environment
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., email platforms, webinar tools, CRM systems)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
