A trusted advisory firm and portfolio manager specialising in restructuring, special situations and fund value recovery is seeking ambitious London paralegals who want to move beyond traditional law‑firm work and build a career in special situations, restructuring, and insolvency. The firm offers early responsibility, direct exposure to distressed and complex matters, and a hybrid legal–commercial role.

Paralegals joining them will gain hands‑on involvement in live cases, stakeholder interaction, and experience across contentious and non‑contentious restructuring, investigations, asset recovery, and formal insolvency. The firm is looking for highly motivated candidates ideally with an insolvency background, who want a more dynamic, commercially exposed career in insolvency.

The role will have a steep learning curve. Training and support would be provided to become an Insolvency Practitioner.
