This is a community-based shift role for an NHS Trust. You will need to be a car driver and have access to a vehicle. Key skills: – Wound care – Catheter care – Palliative care – Holistic assessment – Medication administration – Insulin administration/management The service uses Ilearn- System 1. To be considered for this post, applicants will need: Minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years.
