As the Leadership and Team Development Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will design, implement, and oversee leadership and team development programmes that will strengthen our leadership capabilities at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver leadership and team development programmes that align with our strategic goals. Work closely with senior leaders and managers to identify development needs and tailor initiatives accordingly. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and inclusion through targeted leadership training. Support the development of emerging talent within the charity to ensure a strong leadership pipeline. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programmes and make recommendations for improvement. About You: We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership and team development. The ideal candidate will have: A strong background in designing and implementing leadership development programmes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A passion for fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovation. Experience in working with senior leaders and managers to support their growth and development. A strategic mindset with the ability to align development programmes to organisational goals.
