Facilities Operative Gardener

We have a great opportunity for a Gardener to join our facilities department. As a Facilities Operative / Gardener, you will be responsible for the Gardening and maintenance of all company grounds at a high standard. Your Role: You will carry out a wide range of horticultural duties, including planting trees, shrubs, and bedding schemes. Assist and cover for the grounds facilities operative as and when required. Undertaking any training or development. Providing a high standard of work at all times. Reporting and making safe any defects as soon as is practicable. Ensuring all records and documents are kept up-to-date and completed as required. Our Ideal Candidate: Experience working in a residential, commercial, or public garden. Able to understand landscape designs and bedding schemes. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in garden/grounds maintenance. Wide knowledge of gardening. Who are we?
