New and Used Car Sales Executive - Premium, Main Dealer Group

Role – New and Used Car Sales Executive
Salary – £25,000 – £45,000 OTE (see ‘Working hours and salary’ section)
Location – Stockport (SK1)

Richard Abson Group are helping a successful and reputable dealer group in finding them a New and Used Car Sales Executive to join their dealership based in Stockport.

You will be working as part of successful and enthusiastic team of 8 Sales Executives.
The business is looking to add a friendly, energetic, and dynamic individual to their sales team, with an eagerness to progress in their career. The progression opportunities with the business are fantastic, with the potential to become an accredited Sales Executive within the first year.

Your role will be to sell new and used cars, provide exceptional customer service, use your knowledge and skills to close sales, find and retain new business through prospecting and marketing, as well as liaise with all departments to ensure a smooth experience for the customer – from meeting and greeting, to ensuring the vehicle is fully prepped, valeted, additional accessories and arranging service plans.

The ideal candidate for the role of New and Used Car Sales Executive:

• You will have at least 12 months experience as a New and/or Used Car Sales Executive, or experience in another role based in a main car dealership (Product Genius, Service Advisor, Sales Support etc.)
• A charismatic and enthusiastic energy, and a positive attitude!

Salary and OTE as New and Used Car Sales Executive:
The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £25,000 and a realistic and uncapped bonus. The average salesperson is earning an OTE of £45,000 based on 15 unit sales per month (selling both new and used combined).

The working hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 2xdays , and 2xdays 9am-7pm
Friday: , Saturday: 9am-5pm, Sunday:
** 1 in 3 weekends off, plus a day in the week**
