Richard Abson Group is assisting a reputable dealer group in recruiting a New and Used Car Sales Executive for their Stockport dealership. The dealership has been ranked highly within their franchised brand and is recognized as a great place to work. You will join a successful team of 8 Sales Executives, working in a friendly, energetic, and dynamic environment. There are excellent progression opportunities, with potential to become an accredited Sales Executive within the first year.
Your responsibilities include:
- Selling new and used cars
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Closing sales using your knowledge and skills
- Prospecting for new business
- Coordinating with departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from greeting to vehicle preparation and additional services
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 12 months experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a related role within a main dealership (e.g., Product Genius, Service Advisor, Sales Support)
- Possesses charismatic enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Salary and OTE: A competitive basic salary of £25,000 plus an uncapped bonus. The average earning potential is around £45,000 OTE based on 15 units sold per month (both new and used).
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 2 days, and 2 days 9am-7pm; Friday: 9am-5pm; Saturday: 9am-5pm; Sunday: Off (1 in 3 weekends off plus a weekday off).
