Role Description We are seeking skilled and compassionate Phlebotomists to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients for laboratory testing, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and aseptic techniques. Requirements Proven experience in phlebotomy or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment used in blood collection. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach towards patients. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the healthcare facility.
