This role sits as part of the design team, currently consisting of the Brand and Design Manager and a Graphic Designer. The design team is part of the broader marketing department, which covers various aspects of marketing such as business development, client management, and PR.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Assisting the Senior Brand and Design Manager and Graphic Designer in meeting the firm's needs for a wide range of communication materials and channels.
- Managing and developing the firm's brand and house style in a strong and consistent way.
- Editing, manipulating, or creating illustrations, demonstrating a good eye for layouts within your portfolio.
- Collaborating with other members of the marketing team as well as fee earners and partners, comfortably communicating across all levels.
- Being a creative and proactive member of the team with the opportunity to share ideas and develop your own initiatives.
- Occasional travel to the firm's other UK offices.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- A minimum of a HND in graphic design or visual communications.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in the use of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Good and clean layout design and illustration skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional services experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours when necessary to meet a deadline.
