Development Lead

TPL is partnering with an independent development consultancy to identify a Development Lead. This is a hybrid role with the head office based in Birmingham. As a result of an internal promotion, the business is looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor to lead the Development division, working with existing and new clients to deliver regeneration and infrastructure projects nationally. Responsibilities will include: Managing & supporting a team of surveyors. Principal client contact for new and existing projects. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic business decision making. Business generation. Budget control. APC support & training to surveyors looking to pursue RICS chartered status. To be considered you will: Have more than 10 years property experience. Be a Chartered Surveyor (preferably at least 5 years post qualification experience). Have a good understanding of Land Assembly principles and Landlord & Tenant legislation. Have a proven track record in property transactions & people management.
