This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on preparing and delivering cohort-based training sessions that empower champions and teams across multiple regions to adopt AI tools confidently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead structured, live training sessions across four global programme phasesPrepare engaging training content, toolkits, and supporting materialsSupport localisation of materials with champions in regional teamsFacilitate drop-in clinics, Q&A sessions, and provide direct cohort supportCoordinate logistics with regional leads and act as a main point of contact throughout the enablement processWhat We\’re Looking ForStrong experience delivering live training (virtually and in-person), ideally involving AI, SaaS, or enterprise toolsConfident communicator with excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsTechnically competent in AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Copilot, or similar), able to guide users from zero to confident usageProven ability to create and adapt high-quality training materialsComfortable working across time zones and within large, global organisationsNice to HaveExperience with champion or federated training modelsFamiliarity with video creation toolsExperience supporting tech adoption at scaleContract Status:This role has been assessed and confirmed as outside IR35 .
