We’re looking for an experienced technology leader to take end-to-end ownership of a business-critical platform at the heart of a major digital transformation.
This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing several cross-functional technology teams, delivering a modern, user-focused platform that simplifies complex processes and improves how internal teams work with data, tools, and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead delivery across four tech teams (circa 80 people), with direct reports managing each stream
- Own the roadmap, risks, and delivery of a complex platform with executive visibility
- Influence senior business stakeholders and align technology with commercial goals
- Drive Agile best practices and improve engineering effectiveness
- Champion technical excellence without being hands-on in code
