About our client We are collaborating with an esteemed venture capital fund which specializes in Seed stages. They are currently seeking a high caliber junior Investor to join their team. With a focus on diverse sectors including consumer, digital health, clean health, and software, our client maintains a proven co-investment model alongside top-tier angel investors in the UK. What the job involves You will assume a pivotal role in screening, assessment, and execution of investment transactions. You will foster relationships with founders and senior management teams of start-ups to ensure a steady flow of investment opportunities. You will conduct thorough due diligence to formulate robust investment hypotheses. You will act as a representative of the firm at industry gatherings and conferences, cultivating partnerships and enhancing visibility within the sector. You will provide post-investment support to portfolio companies and actively contribute to their growth and success. Who we are looking for Scientific academic background is essential. Highly commercial with some relevant work experience and a passion for early stage businesses. Full-time experience in venture capital is essential.
