Our client, a leading Law firm based in central London, is seeking an experienced Office Services Team Lead to join their dynamic office support team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this is a varied and fast-paced role within an organisation renowned for its strong client relationships and collaborative working culture.
You will be responsible for managing a team of seven, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office services. As such, we are looking for candidates with recent experience leading an office services or reception team within a professional services environment.

The role will include:
- Facilitating 1:1 meetings and appraisals
- Daily floor walks to ensure maintenance and housekeeping issues are reported and in process
- Acting as first point of call for complaints
- Ensuring sickness and absences are covered
- Assisting the Facilities Manager as and when required with offices moves, projects and general ad hoc duties
- Ensuring the office remains tidy and organised
- Monitoring stationery, printers and photocopiers to ensure stock levels are sufficient

- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills (respectful, positive, articulate, professional and sympathetic)
- Delivers helpful internal services with a βcan doβ approach, shows commercial awareness and represents the department/firm appropriately
- Customer driven and able to set and work to the highest of standards
- Able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Someone who enjoys building relationships across the business
Salary will be dependent upon experience
