Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Immigration Admin to join Europe’s largest airline group. This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years. This role involves close liaison with border and police authorities across Europe and plays a vital part in ensuring our immigration operations run smoothly and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with border and police authorities across Europe on immigration-related matters
- Handling Carrier’s Liability Charges and related issues
- Producing weekly and monthly immigration reports
- Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Supporting the efficient operation of the Immigration Department and ensuring all administrative duties are met
- Ensuring all correspondence is handled accurately and in a timely manner
- Responding to data protection requests
- Providing assistance to the immigration support team as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel when required
- Native-level fluency in English (knowledge of additional European languages is a strong advantage)
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or immigration-related role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of European and national immigration rules is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems
