They offer innovative digital and cyber security solutions to their clients who are from the public and private sectors. ROLE OBJECTIVE We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator looking to work in an organisation where they will receive training and development. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Organise, review, and manage all bid documentation for submission. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, finance, legal) to gather relevant information, clarifications, and approvals for each bid. Maintain and track a database of bid opportunities. Drafting social values and SSQs. Support the quality assurance process by proofreading, reviewing, and editing bid documents to ensure accuracy and consistency. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have a love for editing and proofreading. BENEFITS: Salary up to £45,000.
