Working Location: Somerset
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,580 per month
Responsibilities:
- Process Development and Documentation
- Support the review and re-organisation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Support in the development of training materials for investigations, interviews, file discipline, raids, and seizures
- Analyse and recommend improvements to streamline work processes for enhanced efficiency in the Investigation Team
- Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external training programmes
- Liaise with trainers and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery, when required
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify innovative investigative tools, particularly in Artificial Intelligence and video analytics applications
- Research and recommend ways to ensure that child management practices in preschools can be in line with the regulations.
- Consolidate and enhance case management data, including detailed case findings
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in case management systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of investigation findings for efficient case retrieval
- Support continuous improvement of data management processes
- Support the development and implementation of new tracking systems
Requirement:
- Diploma in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Business and Management, Digital Technologies, Media and Design, Legal Studies
- Relevant experience in administrative duties within the social service sector will be ideal.
- Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
