Job Evaluation Officer (Partner)

18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Full Time – Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite from London

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Job Evaluation specialist to join a significant project within the London University market. Over the last 12 months, this Higher Education institution has gone through significant growth and change, a theme that continues into 2025.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a track record working with both Korn Ferry Hay and HERA Job Evaluation Schemes, to support across this project, working closely with the Reward Manager and Senior Stakeholders to evaluate a range of roles across the organisation.
