Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that team members are properly trained and performing according to expectations
- Ensure that all food and beverage is served according to specifications
- Greet members and guests in a pleasant manner and ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Assume responsibility as the supervisor on the floor during meal periods
- Ensure food and service standards are being maintained
- Schedule members by recording dining reservations, arrangements for special parties and private dining room accommodations
- Maintain purchase order and inventory systems
- Ensure outlet is ready for operations
- Ensure the work area cleanliness
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level
