Job details:

  • Location: Loughborough
  • Package: Operational Services grade 5 from £29179 to £34132 per annum. Subject to annual pay award.
  • Estates & Facilities Management are the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors.
  • We require a Sous Chef to work in our campus kitchens providing a catering service for students and visitors. Within this position you will be responsible for the supervision, preparation and service of meals and will assist the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of catering for large numbers, managing staff and possess excellent customer service and team working skills.
  • The position currently available is for 37 hours per week, on a 52 week (5 over 7), open ended contract.
