Job Title: Junior–Mid Level Salesforce Administrator
Location: City of London (4 days per week in office)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum + Bonus
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (4 days per week in-office)
Eligibility: Must have full right to work in the UK and be within commuting distance to London

As they continue to scale, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance the use of Salesforce across the business.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Technology, the Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in managing and optimising our Salesforce platform to support internal teams across investment, operations, and investor relations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration who is looking to further develop their skills in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration of the firm’s Salesforce environment, including user management, permissions, and data integrity
- Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
- Support internal users with queries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
- Assist with system integrations, testing, and updates (including AppExchange tools)
- Monitor platform performance and implement best practices for system efficiency and security
- Document processes, configurations, and changes for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for relevance and benefit
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification highly desirable)
- Experience working in a professional services, finance, or investment management environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Proficient in creating reports and dashboards and using automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Must be highly self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Additional Requirements
- Must be based within commuting distance of Central London
- Must have the full right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time)
- Comfortable working 4 days per week onsite at our London City office
