A well-established wealth management business is seeking a reliable and technically capable IT Support Engineer to provide in-house support to the wider business. This position is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is ready to take on a hands-on role within a fast-paced and quality-driven environment.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external support partners to resolve IT issues efficiently and maintain a high standard of user experience across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, resolving or escalating where needed.
- Deliver end-user support for hardware, software, and systems, both in-person and remotely.
- Assist with new joiner IT setups and equipment rollouts.
- Maintain accurate records of devices, software licences, and support activities.
- Liaise with third-party IT providers and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
