I'm working with a premium developer who are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team in Dudley. In this key role, you’ll take the lead on the financial and contractual management of multiple residential developments—working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate cost control, efficient procurement, and smooth project delivery.
You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, subcontractor management, valuations, reporting and final accounts, with a strong focus on maximising value and driving performance across sites. You’ll also play an active role in mentoring junior team members and supporting commercial best practices across the business.
They’re looking for someone with solid housebuilding experience, excellent commercial awareness, and strong communication skills. You’ll need to be organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple projects from pre-start through to final account.
