Base pay range London (Hybrid Working β 4 Days in Office, 1 WFH) Up to Β£40,000 Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Reconcile accounts and manage general ledger entries Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and timely Support month-end and year-end closing processes Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed Requirements: Proven experience in an accounting role within the insurance industry Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment Strong communication and organizational skills Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
