We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to lead a high-output team of 7 influencer associates and help us scale our creator partnerships with precision, pace, and impact. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our influencer department—overseeing daily outreach, ensuring team quotas are hit, customizing contracts, and maintaining high standards of execution. You’ll work closely with the wider brand, performance, and legal teams to ensure creators are aligned, active, and performing. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building systems, and knows how to lead a team with empathy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

- Outreach Oversight: Review, guide, and QA all outbound influencer outreach and communications. Provide templates, messaging frameworks, and tactical support to ensure high conversion from reach-outs to partnerships.
- Partnership Pipeline Management: Own and optimize the end-to-end workflow from first contact to signed collaboration, ensuring all deals are progressing on time and appropriately tracked.
- Quota & KPI Accountability: Ensure daily/weekly/monthly outreach, conversion, and campaign goals are met. Create visibility across the team and troubleshoot underperformance in real time.
- Contract Creation & Customization: Draft, tailor, and issue contracts for influencer partnerships. Customize deliverables, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity, and payment terms with oversight from legal where needed.
- Sponsorship Execution: Ensure that sponsored collaborations go live as contracted and that deliverables are reviewed, approved, and tracked for quality and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, brand, and performance marketing teams to align on rates, briefs, timelines, and licensing terms.
- Reporting & Optimization: Track performance data and identify bottlenecks or missed opportunities. Provide feedback to the team and leadership with suggested improvements to process or messaging.
