An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Assistant Accounts Manager to join our client’s successful team in Milton Keynes.
About our client: Our client is a leading Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisers in London, Watford, and Milton Keynes. With 17 Principals and just under 200 staff, they are a significant firm in the region. They advise businesses and individuals in the UK and worldwide and are members of TGS - an international network of professional firms.
About the role: To assist the team in helping to grow the firm, the duties you will carry out are:
- Support the management team and Principals of the firm.
- Review and manage a portfolio of jobs within the accounts team.
- Assist in the management and development of junior team members.
- Prepare Corporate Tax Returns in conjunction with accounts for FRS 105 clients.
- Help develop smooth accounting workflows and processes between the bookkeeping team to ensure prompt delivery of statutory accounts.
- Manage client relationships.
- Finalize accounts under the overall control of the Senior Manager and Principals.

What we would like from you:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (1-2 years PQE).
