We are working with an international law firm based in Glasgow for a Lawyer to join their Banking & Finance team.
The successful candidate will join an experienced Banking & Finance team, working on a wide range of high-value and high-profile transactions. The individual will advise lenders and borrowers on matters including leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, and more. The Lawyer will work closely with leading financial institutions, supporting transactions from acquisition financings to complex project development.
Essential Criteria:
- 2-6 years’ PQE;
- Banking and finance background;
- Strong commercial awareness;
- Technically excellent;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team;
- Well-organised.
