Are you a dynamic Account Director with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? Do you have a proven track record in event production and a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns? We are supporting our Creative Events agency client with their search for a seasoned professional with industry experience to lead client relationships, driving strategic success across multi-channel campaigns. This role is ideal for a Lead with experience in corporate events, large-scale exhibitions and conferences, as well as brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale event productions, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.
  • Drive integrated marketing strategies across various platforms (digital, social, experiential) to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, digital, and production to deliver innovative, high-quality campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and present strategic proposals and campaign reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of the automotive sector to guide client strategy and ensure relevance in a highly competitive market.
  • Foster long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Director, Project Director or similar role in an agency.
  • Extensive experience in event production and integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-level client relationships and multi-million-pound campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
