Client Solutions and Learning Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Client Solutions and Learning Manager to join a Leadership Development Consultancy in the East Midlands. In this role, you will collaborate with some of the world’s top companies to design and deliver blended learning solutions that inspire leaders, enhance performance, and drive transformational growth. Your ability to tailor learning experiences that meet the unique needs of each client will be critical to success. If you are passionate about leadership development and performance improvement, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on global organisations.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in designing and managing Learning and Development programs tailored for senior leaders. You will have a passion for continuous learning and improvement with a track record of evaluating and refining learning solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management and Engagement – build trusted relationships with C-suite executives to understand business needs and deliver tailored leadership solutions. Scope client requirements to create compelling proposals.
- Solutions Design and Development – develop engaging learning pathways and assessments.
- Solutions Management and Delivery – partner with clients to ensure maximum participant engagement, monitoring solutions progress and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement – conduct post-programme evaluations and use feedback to enhance future offerings.
Skills and experience:
- A degree in organisational psychology, HR, learning and development or CIPD qualified.
- Proven experience in designing and managing L&D programmes for senior leaders.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
This is a permanent, remote role with occasional travel to the East Midlands, offering £60,000 – £70,000 per annum.
