Nash Partnership is RIBA Chartered and Conservation Practice with a significant portfolio of work involving Heritage, Commercial, New Build, Extension and Conversion projects. We’re looking to appoint a forward-thinking and driven Heritage/Conservation Architect to join the team to get involved with our exciting portfolio of projects.
You will work within the Architect discipline of our multi-disciplinary practice, alongside our existing Conservation Architects. This role will be both technical and client-facing, where you will be expected to nurture existing client relationships, as well as develop and introduce new clients to the business. This role will suit a RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect who has strong experience working on heritage/conservation projects within the built environment.
Required skills and experience:
- Membership of AABC (Register of Architects Accredited in Building Conservation) and/or Specialist Conservation Architect (SCA) status on the RIBA Conservation Register
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Heritage/Conservation Architect
- Strong technical skill set, competent with the use of CAD; preferably Revit and/or AutoCad
- Previous knowledge and experience in the process of heritage building construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; to include bid documents, reports, meeting notes and interviews
