What you’ll do:

• Own senior client relationships and lead strategic conversations
• Oversee campaign planning and delivery across PR, digital, and social
• Identify new opportunities and support business growth
• Lead and mentor a high-performing, collaborative team
• Manage performance, inspire development, and champion our values
