Cladding Sales Representative- £60,000-65,000 per annum + commission- London
We are looking for a Spec & Sales Rep for the London area, mainly focused on the business development in the UK, and attending international specifications for third countries. This person should be based in London.
The person that will join the team should have experience and entry on the top architecture and interior design firms in London, preferably with specific experience representing/selling solutions for exteriors (specification for architectural façade products).
The candidate will be proactive, having strong communication skills to interact with all market players (General Contractors, installers, engineering companies, etc.) and colleagues of the company (Area Sales Manager, Technical Manager, Sales Admin, etc.), as well as with the rest of independent sales reps located in the UK, with a close relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the whole product portfolio: exteriors and interiors, presenting the different solutions offered by the company
- Attend events (digital & in-person) for brand recognition, in addition to visit architect studios and interior designers
- Lead actions to increase the brand awareness in the market
- Proactivity to identify new opportunities: base on market information sources to detect potential projects
- Lead the introduction of a strategic product recently launched for the British market (exteriors)
- Develop relationships with other key players of our sector to secure projects and orders: GCs, installers, engineering companies, distributors, etc.
