Responsibilities:

  • Integrate ESG factors into investment analysis, conducting due diligence, and presenting conclusions during stock discussions.
  • Monitor ESG factors within internal equity portfolios, evaluating exposure to ESG risks, and escalating concerns to portfolio managers.
  • Contribute to internal equity portfolio ESG reporting and collaborate on firm-wide Responsible Investment initiatives.
  • Assist in executing engagement plans, communicate with targets, and participate in the proxy voting process.
  • Enhance ESG procedures, stay updated on market developments, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree (minimum 2.1)
  • CFA qualified or in progress
